Khuluma Eswatini has introduced a new initiative, The Inner Circle, which starts in January 2026. Through this initiative, Khuluma Eswatini seeks to facilitate professional connection and engagement between mid-career and entry-level professionals, allowing recent graduates from any field to connect virtually with experienced professionals for job career guidance and support. These interactions are made possible by professionals who have volunteered their time to help emerging professionals at no cost to the graduates.

Khuluma Eswatini invites recent graduates who wish to participate in this initiative to register to reserve a complimentary (free) session to be held at a mutually agreed-upon time with the mid-career professional.

This initiative was developed because, although GradConnect and Business seminars tackle the broad issues recent graduates encounter, individuals still face specific career challenges or obstacles that may be best addressed in one-on-one settings. The Inner Circle is the platform that would assist graduates who may have tertiary training in one area but prefer to move into another area that “has a market”.

Khuluma Eswatini will coordinate with professionals who will offer private guidance to recent graduates. These conversations will be kept confidential and won’t be used for marketing or media purposes.

Professionals interested in joining this initiative can still sign up to mentor and support entry-level professionals, either on a one-off basis or continuously in 2026, depending on their availability and the need on the ground. The primary email address for both entry-level professionals and recent graduates is as follows: Innercircle@khulumaeswatini.com

While this initiative provides complimentary support to recent graduates, Khuluma Eswatini also maintains a suite of paid services, including resume editing and interview preparation or coaching.

According to participating professionals, these services have contributed significantly to their career development. Some of those who have used the service report that they feel more confident to prove their competence as they participate in job interviews.
