Khuluma Eswatini, a local brand-building firm has launched a new application aimed at supporting recent graduates and professionals in their search for employment and business opportunities.
The app now available on the Google Play Store is designed to consolidate a wide range of opportunities, including graduate traineeships, internships and entrepreneurial ventures into a single, user-friendly platform.
The launch of the app came in response to the persistent challenges faced by job seekers who often spend significant amounts of time and mobile data navigating various digital platforms in pursuit of their first jobs or new career paths.
In bringing all these opportunities together, Khuluma Eswatini hopes to make the process more efficient and accessible for everyone. Khuluma Eswatini Chairman Mandla Luphondvo said the app was born out of a desire to create a tangible solution to a pressing local issue.
“We saw a significant need to streamline the job-seeking process for our graduates and young professionals. Instead of forcing them to sift through endless websites and social media feeds, we wanted to provide a single, dedicated platform that saves them both time and money,” he said.

Luphondvo also highlighted the app’s focus on data efficiency, a crucial feature in the Eswatini market.
“While Eswatini Communications Commission has invested efforts to bring down data prices, this country still carries a reputation for high data prices compared to its contemporaries in the region.
Special data offerings featuring discounted prices are generally accepted and utilised as a staple meal in this market,” said Luphondvo.
The platform also caters to job seekers who prefer to avoid the clutter of social media, offering a dedicated space for professional and business opportunities, free from social conversations.
“Traditionally, these individuals must navigate multiple digital platforms, expending significant amounts of mobile data in the process.
By consolidating available job prospects and income-generating opportunities into a single platform, the application aims to streamline this process, enabling users to efficiently access relevant openings without the need to constantly switch between various sites,” he said.
Luphondvo added that the app represents a significant step in the company’s strategic evolution.
“As a brand-building company, our goal is to develop solutions that improve the quality of life through technology,” he said.
With this new tool, Khuluma Eswatini aims to improve the job-seeking experience for recent graduates and mid-career professionals looking for alternative jobs and business opportunities not just in Eswatini but also across the Southern African region.
